BPO Technical Support Specialist
Currently one of Kajabi Philippines’ Technical Support Specialists since 2019, where she aids the sales team in providing answers and solutions to potential Kajabi Hero queries with regards to the platform's billing transactions and technical support queries.
She earlier served as a BPO Sales & Services Representative at Convergys Philippines in 2013 where she provided solutions to clientele queries and concerns regarding account services under the company.
Professional Marketing Experience
From 2011 t0 2013, she served as a Marketing Assistant for GMA Script2010 Inc., where she took part in market planning, PR and marketing material production, market tracking, and assembly of consumer rating reports for the GMA network.
She later served as a Marketing Supervisor at an eGames Casino Operator from 2018-2019, producing promotional material in order to promote onsite players using the company’s game products, and encourage new players to avail company products.
Design & Photography
In 2015 she started her own Design and Printing Services Studio in Baler, Aurora where she offered services like event photography, photobooths, and product designs like logo, labels, and marketing materials for print content development.
Hobbies
She is also an adventurer who enjoys the outdoors by trekking and mountain hiking, and enjoys the company of her 4-year-old Siberian Husky on her leisure time.
