Active in the Henderson, Nevada, community where he resides, Favil West has led Allied Green, LLC, as President and CEO since 2009. In his role, Favil West oversees all aspects of real estate development operations, including taking responsibility for profits and losses. He holds membership with a number of professional organizations in his field, including the Associated General Contractors of America and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc.
Mr. West's community involvement extends to past membership in the Henderson Water Conservation Citizens Advisory Committee. The organization assists local entities in making judicious decisions concerning allocation of one of Nevada's most precious resources. He has also served as Chairman of the Clark County Advisory Committee on Helicopter Noise.
Favil West maintains a strong connection with the Henderson master-planned community Sun City Anthem, which encompasses 7,000 homes and more than 12,000 homeowners. In addition to holding status as former Sun City Anthem Community Association President, Mr. West has served on the organization's Property and Grounds Committee and the Transition Committee. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Commission for Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels.
Favil West obtained his B.S. in Zoology at the University of Arizona, taking courses toward a career in medicine. He subsequently shifted professional focus, gaining experience in the real estate sphere. Having achieved Paul Harris Fellow distinction with Rotary International, Mr. West once served as President of the Kearny Mesa Rotary Club in San Diego. An avid pilot, Favil West maintains membership in the Air Line Pilots Association. He also enjoys the golfing opportunities in the Henderson area.
