Hi! I'm Favour Boluwatife Aina, though many people know me as TIFE — The Intention-Fueled Engine. That name describes how I try to move through everything I do — with intention. I'd rather do fewer things and mean every one of them than do everything and mean none of it.

Why I Design
I've been designing since 2023, and one belief has only gotten stronger since: every design should have a purpose, not just a pretty layout. Whether I'm building a brand identity for a business or crafting social media content, my goal is to create designs that communicate, connect, and inspire action.
If you're looking for someone who will simply "make a flyer," I may not be the right fit. I ask a lot of questions — about your audience, your message, and what you want people to feel — because that's how the final product actually works instead of just existing. I take the small details seriously: spacing, color contrast, font pairing, the way a headline breaks across two lines. Those details are invisible when done right and glaringly obvious when they're not, and I'd rather spend the extra time getting them right the first time.

Beyond the Design Desk
I'm currently studying Radiography and Radiation Science, a journey that has taught me precision, empathy, and excellence in ways I didn't expect — qualities that shape my design work too. There's very little room for "close enough" in either field; you learn to be exact without losing your humanity in the process.
I'm also fascinated by neuroscience and psychology: how people think, why they behave the way they do, and how visuals influence attention, emotion, and decision-making. That curiosity has made me a more intentional designer, because design, at its core, is applied psychology.
I currently serve as Editor-in-Chief of the Nigeria Association of Radiography Students (NARS National), a role that's taught me the best work begins with listening, collaboration, and a genuine desire to serve people well.

Faith at the Center
Above all, I'm a Christian, and my faith is the foundation of my life and my work. I believe excellence honors God, integrity builds trust, and every opportunity to serve someone is an opportunity to reflect Christ.

How I Think
I'm incredibly curious — I ask questions because I genuinely want to understand, not to make conversation. I enjoy learning, unlearning, and relearning, and I value truth and thoughtful conversation over just being agreeable. I'm also unapologetically a corporate girl: I admire professionalism, structure, elegant branding, and intentional communication — there's something about a well-run organization or someone who carries themselves with quiet confidence that always captures my attention.

Outside Work
I also run a small chinchin business, one of the ways I express my love for serving people outside my main craft. Right now, I'm in what I call my Becoming Era — saying yes to growth, collaboration, and opportunities that stretch me, as I build my skills and become the woman God has called me to be.

What Working With Me Looks Like
Before I open a design file, I want to understand your brand's story — where it came from, who it's for, where you're trying to take it. I share drafts along the way instead of disappearing and reappearing with a "finished" product, because good design is collaborative. Deadlines and communication matter to me — I'd rather under-promise and over-deliver.
