Fawad Hekmaty

Fawad Hekmaty’s tapestry was rich and varied. Beyond his business endeavors, he sculpted stories in pixels through graphic design and video narratives. And when he sang, it was as though the mountains and valleys of Afghanistan found a voice echoing in the corridors of New York.

Rooted in his values, he extended a helping hand to the Dar El Taqwa Islamic Center in Flushing, Queens. And every morning, as the city awoke, his coffee haven transformed into a sanctuary, providing warmth and a meal to those whose lives had been less kind.
