I run antenatal birth prep courses in Greater London for the NCT, a national childbirth and parenting charity. I first began as a NCT volunteer in 1998, either working directly with new parents or behind the scenes, producing print newletters, and this is how I learnt to use a computer! When I am not facilitating groups I like to get on with my current project of turning old clothes into patchwork.

I am at a stage in my life where I can now offer practical postnatal support as a doula (postpartum companion). In addition to post-natal support I can accompany you through a 1-to-1 two to three hour antenatal session, in your home, before you have your baby.
