Fayyad “Blayse” Musa is a multidisciplinary creative and technology professional from Kaduna, Nigeria, working at the intersection of design, technology, innovation, and renewable energy. With a background in Computer Science and experience spanning brand identity, digital design, video, technology support, and solar energy consulting, he brings together creative thinking and technical problem-solving to build ideas that are both meaningful and practical.

His journey began with Blayse Designs, a solo creative practice built around graphic design, visual communication, and branding. Over time, the practice evolved beyond design execution into a broader interest in understanding how brands, products, and businesses work. That evolution led to the founding of YouNick Studio, a creative studio focused on helping businesses and organisations build stronger identities, clearer digital experiences, and more intentional ways of communicating.

The name YouNick was created in honor of his late brother, Farid, whose name translates to “unique” in Arabic. For Fayyad, YouNick represents both a personal legacy and a philosophy: that meaningful work should have its own character, purpose, and point of view. The “YOU” in YouNick reflects a belief that every solution should begin with understanding the people it is meant to serve.

Beyond creative work, Fayyad has developed a growing interest in technology and innovation. With a foundation in Computer Science, he approaches problems from both analytical and creative perspectives, exploring how digital products, design, and emerging technologies can be used to solve real-world challenges. His work and interests extend into product design, digital experiences, technology projects, and the development of practical solutions for emerging markets.

He is also the founder of YouNick Energy, a renewable energy venture focused on making solar energy more accessible through practical system planning, energy analysis, and customer-focused solutions. His experience in solar energy includes load assessment, energy auditing, system sizing, battery planning, and renewable energy consulting. This work reflects a broader personal interest in using technology and innovation to address challenges around energy access and reliability.

Across these different fields, Fayyad's approach remains consistent: understand the problem first, then build the right solution. Whether developing a brand identity, shaping a digital experience, planning a solar energy system, or exploring a new product idea, he is interested in the thinking behind the work as much as the final outcome.
