I have always believed that my passion lies in educating and motivating others through my experiences and my work. I use this approach in my daily interactions with my clients and my online community over various platforms. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:

I am a person who digs into business problems, analyses and solves them with the help of creative design. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes by diagnosing problems, scaling and creating optimal solutions that matter.

I also like to help businesses with strategies and branding through extensive applied design psychology marketing. By applying intuitive design principles, I consider both the business aspect of the project, as well as customer-centric aspect.

Next to this, I love to help and support my community and people who love the design to transform their design experience and freelance mindset. For this very reason, I have created FazurAcademy, where I contribute and share my knowledge about design, business and freelancing to help others to become a high-value designer.

I also volunteer my time by contributing to the online content of the design community through my online platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs, Medium, etc) to help them become valuable designers.
