Faye Bell experienced the unique lifestyle of a military dependant firsthand as the daughter of a U.S. Navy Vice Admiral. From a very young age, Bell was dedicated to following in her father's footsteps graduating from Louisiana State University and receiving her U.S. Navy commission. Bell earned her wings and distinguished herself as the first female pilot qualified to land on an aircraft carrier in the Western Pacific. Rising to the rank of Commander. she served as an active-duty officer stationed throughout the world during time of peace and conflict. As an officer, a military spouse and a mother, balancing her personal and professional life was a constant challenge. Retirement from the military didn't slow her relentless drive to excel. Bell earned her MBA from University of San Diego and founded Military Outreach Ministry (MOM4USA.ORG) a nonprofit organization serving military families recognized by the Oceanside City Council as the 2013 Veteran Organization of the Year. An active Rotarian, Bell was named the 2012 Rookie of the Year and a 2013 Spirit of Service award.
