As Airbus Data Governance Lead, I have designed & deployed enterprise level data governance framework across large corporation. Leading federated network to achieve first company data dictionary in 6 months. 200 data officers & stewards in functions - managing now 50 data collections requests by week. 12 Petabytes of data loaded in compliance in the company lake in 3 years. 40000 employees followed one training of the data literacy program in 1 year. Currently implementing a new way to frame data analytics to drive data architecture strategy.

Beside operations, I initiated a data governance peers club which involves 15 European large companies (+1B€ turnover). It permits benchmarking, preparation of tomorrow standards or common understanding and positioning toward regulations.
