After almost twenty years as a creative director and entrepreneur in the advertising industry, I founded C&CO, a creative growth consultancy and business accelerator.

With a focus on Northern European companies, I launched Austere – a retail and media company, and a platform for design and innovations-driven companies to launch and grow in the US.

Since opening our doors in early 2012, C&CO have consulted with Absolut Vodka, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Estée Lauder and The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), as well as several advertising agencies and the White House Office for Public Engagement.

Bridging the gap between a management consultancy and an ad agency, we work with our clients as partners, developing internal capabilities, evolving existing businesses and together envisioning new products, services and customer experiences.

We typically advise on strategies for growth, find creative solutions to business problems, and create content platforms to enable branded storytelling. However, unlike a traditional strategy firm, we bring our recommendations and ideas to life by designing the products, services, spaces, and experiences.

Over the years, I have advised companies like Absolut Vodka, IKEA, iittala, H&M, L'Oréal, Scandinavian Airline Systems (SAS), AMC, Sundance Channel, Electrolux, Havaianas, Kahlua, Svenska Dagbladet, Procter & Gamble, Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, Vodafone, Estèe Lauder, Volvo, Jameson and The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

Until 2011, I was the CEO & Executive Creative Director of digital agency Great Works' American operations, which I set up in 2007. In 2010 AdWeek named Great Works an Agency of the Year.
