The social phenomena that began with FaceBook started an irreversible sea change with an impact that is still not completely understood. As this sea change creeps further into the world of business, there will be both opportunity and risk. Additionally, advanced analytical methods continue to evolve, promising to create business value in ways few imagined. My mission – one I’ve focused on for the last five years – is to help companies manage social opportunity and risk, while leveraging analytic applications that enable buisness outcomes.
