Msc in Sustainable Agriculture in Italy

When I decided to study agriculture, It was love at first sight. By exploring the physical, biological, chemical, and ecological bases of agroecosystems I felt part of a fundamental advancement process for humankind.

Soon, I realized that real progress would have only happened by stepping out of my comfort zone. I decided to take that step when I moved to Valencia (Spain) for my first exchange semester. Those six months drastically changed my life, for the better. From that moment on, I realized I did not want to live within any border. I wanted to be a citizen of the world and address the global problems of human, animal, and environmental health while connecting with different people and cultures.

So I moved to Costa Rica and, then, I participated in two exchange semesters in Sweden and the Netherlands during my MSc in Sustainable Agriculture at the University of Padova.

Throughout my academic life, I have worked diligently to achieve academic success and I have continuously challenged myself to tackle increasingly ambitious objectives. This has made me more meticulous, organized, and clear about my goals. In addition, exploring different cultures, languages, and beliefs has made me eager to work in a diverse and international social context.

I believe I possess the primary skills needed in my field, including solving operational challenges, sharing innovative ideas, and critical thinking. I am aware of the differences between people, which is why I prioritize communication and teamwork.

I dream to put into practice the knowledge I have been given during my experiences around the world.

The journey is still underway and I have never felt more energetic to shape our society by having a positive impact on our planet.
