Supporting people has been the theme of my career since I started working. Beginning in Montenegro in 2005, I was involved in European youth projects, before working in Human Resources in Italy for five years in Non Profit and Profit sector. I then moved to the tourism sector as a sales advisor for three years, in London.

I am now back to Italy and fully dedicated to my coaching career and I mainly focus my coaching practise on humanitarian staff. I support them to create more balance in their lives and to fulfil their mission empowering their leadership and communications abilities.
