I am currently working at the Biological Resources Center of the Institut Pasteur (CRBIP, Paris, France) as a project manager within the BIGSdb-Pasteur taxonomy project. My interests range from microbial evolution to microbial genomics and bioinformatics applied in food safety and public health.
