Christoffer Feilberg

I have extensive experience from many positions as manager and CEO in different companies of different size, both corporates and start-ups with complicated board and owner structures. I have worked with Danish and international operations in Europe and US.

My work as a consulting engineer in civil engineering has taught me to work with complicated project and tight deadlines. Skills I have used in most of the companies I have worked with.

My background with both a degree in Engineering and an MBA enables me to work with many different types of problems and challenges. I continuously strive to keep me updated and enjoy learning new business areas.

I am experienced in developing strategies and transforming them into clear activities in the organisation. I have not only worked with strategies through my work as CEO, but also as advisor and board member for a number of companies.

I like innovation and entrepreneurial thinking and have a continuous outlook for new technologies and ideas that can improve our businesses, lives and societies.

I have an interest and passion for leadership and management, which was founded and trained during my years as an Officer in the Royal Danish Air Force. In my organisations I have successfully improved performance and employer satisfaction by empowerment and clear communication.
