With more than thirty years working as a homemaker and caregiver, I have developed an intuition about serving people in need. It has thought me that quality in this field means maintaining a sharp mind ready to respond intelligently to the demands of unexpected circumstances, and that keeping to a lifestyle that promotes better health and performance is the key to achieving that end.
