That water background is me...... Horoscope Pisces. I'm like a drop of water. A lot of drops make an ocean, strong and lifesupporting. Together the drops blend in and can become an ocean. Each drop has characteristics of all that water and is unique at the same time.

As a driven professional I'm interested in what makes people tick. Why are they the way they are, what is their definition of happiness, what is their aim in live etc. In coaching that's what prevales.... guide people to be the one they want to be and to live the life they want to live.

I've developed and use Coloured Glasses® as a tool for insight and effective coaching, teambuilding and leadership (www.colouredglasses.nl).

As coach/trainer and consultant for me it's always about the other. It's about their wishes. I can facillitate and advise. I coach them to make their own choises.

As (grand)mother I coach(ed) my (grand)children to be the person they want to be and facillitate them to make their own choices in life (by helping them to overlook consequenses of their choises). It's not about my happiness or life it's about theirs.

As person I enjoy singing, cooking and entertaining. These are ways to express my love to the people I care for.

Others describe me as intelligent, empathic, caring, interested and modest with a lot of empathy. I also can be overpowering by my enthusiasm and quick analysis and understanding of what lies underneath. I'm bad in smalltalk and want to get to know the other in his core.
