A true child of the diaspora, born and raised in the U.K., with a Father from Nigeria, and Mother from Barbados.

Felicia Linch is an independent thinker prone to “telling it like it is” and with a gift for envisioning what is possible.

As a teenager she didn’t fit in but had little idea why, and as an adult often felt misunderstood – she came to realise it was because she rarely accepted the status quo or conformity! She says: “If only I had understood my unique gifts and talents before I reached 40! I never understood that it was not about being in a leadership role but that I was purposed for leadership.”

Felicia’s international work includes working with Local Government leaders in Boroughs of Croyden and Lambeth, United Kingdom; leaders in Central Government, CEO’s and entreprepreneurs in Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Bahamas, Belize, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, Turks & Caicos Islands, and State Governments in Nigeria.

As a speaker and executive coach she incorporates her experiences as a Business Transformation Specialist, World Traveler, Barrister and Entrepreneur to deliver inspirational insight on how individuals and businesses can work to transform themselves to achieve personal and business success.

MBA from Kingston Business School (UK) and the LLB law degree from the University Of Wales College Of Cardiff (Wales). Made Barrister in 1994, and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute (U.K.), and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (U.K.).
