I'm a mum, a former President at a community run kindergarten, a former public servant with a background in education regulation and a lover of surveys and the power of data.

Kindergartens and childcare services, I have noticed, are busy places, and the last thing anyone wants to do is run surveys, develop strategic plans and develop policies. But unfortunately, we are required to do so....which ultimately is a good thing, but not when you, as the volunteer committee member, are the one having to do it while also catching up on work emails, cooking dinner and helping your child with the tricky bit of lego which won't quite go on the way it's meant to.

Survey data is useful stuff for a committee. It can help identify what's working really well that the parents like. And what might need a bit of attention.

So this is where I come in. I design, administer and report on surveys from your parents, your staff and your committee. I do it all online. All you need to do is email the weblink of the survey to your people, and I do the rest.

Your committee gets immediate, actionable data to help it know where it should focus its energy. You can elect to have it in a report, or I can present to your committee, or both.
