I have been worked in compliance with CMMI-5 and MPS.BR processes, applying the best development practices leading him to achieve a significant level of mature in software development.

Also, I have been working with projects which use practices of Scrum. I have experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master. I also use agile methods for gathering and writing requirements.

I have has developed also other relevant technical and leadership skills like, technical interviews, dealing directly with customers to discuss technical issues and requirements, writing technical documents, manage software releases and issue tracking, etc.
