Felipe Saenz

I’m an Operations and Project Management professional with more than 10 years of experience turning complex ideas into well-executed projects.

My career has developed across live entertainment, cultural projects, sports, hospitality and event operations, coordinating teams, suppliers, budgets, logistics, venues and multiple stakeholders.

I have led the production of professional theatre and live events in Quito, managed hospitality operations for CONMEBOL competitions, and developed independent cultural projects through Culturama.

What I enjoy most is working at the point where planning meets execution: organizing people, solving problems, building processes and making sure everything comes together when it matters.

My background in music and cultural management also gives me a strong understanding of creative environments, while my experience in operations has taught me to think pragmatically about budgets, deadlines, customer experience and results.

I’m currently interested in opportunities related to Operations, Project Management, Sports & Entertainment, Event Technology, Ticketing, Partnerships and Customer Success.
