My focus and work is within employment, education and enterprise (3E's), working across a wide range of sectors including welfare to work and further education. In the past, I have worked in sectors such as financial services, engineering and construction as well as human resources.
Among specialist skills include careers coaching and management, advising clients on pathways into education, training or employment. Also, business development, employer engagement, contract management, project management, managing partnerships and key stakeholder relations.
Furthermore, I am also a school governor, working on school improvement plans, policies including SEN (special education needs) advising on development and implementation.
