Fenland Witch

I'm from the Fens in East Anglia UK, Lot's of cool folklore of the ole cunning folks linger in these parts.

I'm choosing to follow my own craft, called "Fenland Wyldcraft" i'm still exploring other paths of the Elder faith and discovering what that craft should entail.

I certainly DO not follow this modern day Wicca sh*t, it's to commercialized, the old wise woman of the past would not have been wasting her time standing outside calling up the four guardians with tools of Athames, crystals, different coloured candles etc on certain days and certain moon times and wearing certain f*king colours.

Not saying she did't honour anyone, because she would no doubt of showed respect and prayer for certain dieties that coincided with the wheel of the year.

After all if their harvest did't happen they would go bloody hungry. And not being quite aware of the world we do today thought they maybe angered a god if the crop failed.

The witchcraft of the past was very much based on superstition, and religious nonsense, they used herbs and spells to cure illness, find lost items etc

Interesting subject but that's enough dribble talk.
