I am huge believer in balance. I seek to help people while also bettering myself.

My daily intention that I set every morning is “live well”. Its a great starting block for making conscious decisions throughout the day.

I have 4 beautiful children and being outdoors with them is my happy place.

I am available for hire as a holistic massage and reiki therapist, humanist (wedding celebrant), meditation leader in privates or groups and I can put together a wellness retreat or event for you.
