Dr. Feras Al-Obeidat is a Research Scientist at IBM Canada. In the past, Dr. Feras worked as. Research Associate at National Research of Canada. He also worked as researcher and lecturer in computer science for several years at the University of New Brunswick-Saint John and overseas universities and colleges. After completing his PhD, he joined NRC-IIT in 2010. Since then, he worked in the area of data mining, machine learning, and medical informatics. He published several papers in refereed conferences and journals in the area of data mining and artificial intelligence. His current research interests include data mining, classification, and anomaly detection.
