I am currently looking to switch careers from tax accounting and regulatory licensing at a transportation and technology to a more finance-oriented and entrepreneurial role in real estate investment and crowdfunding. I want to use real estate investment to make our cities cheaper and denser.
I am an infovore. I regularly read The Economist, Fortune, Forbes, National Review and BusinessWeek. I follow the blogs Marginal Revolution, The Undercover Economist, Curbed, and FiveThirtyEight. I listen to the podcasts Law Talk, EconTalk, Slate's Political Gafest, Product Hunt, Startup, Inquiring Minds, The Bill Simmons Podcast, and NPR podcasts.
My interests include sports analytics, real estate and urban development, investing, politics and public policy, law, architecture, music, and pop culture.
