FARM LIFE IS where my heart is. I was born in the country and will stay in the country. I have worked on dairy farms and horse farms for 15 years and I'd rather have a face full of manure than make up. Hard work is all I know and I wouldn't have it any other way. I took time off after highschool to settle family and personal issues but now I am back on the road to success!

I WAS BORN into the world of business. My grandparents and my mum owned a few restaurants and bars as well as 2 very large Canadian textile companies. As the cost of producing manufactured goods went up in Canada, our sales plummeted. Thus resulting in the loss of our textile plants. As for the restaurants, those were sold but some still exist (for example Blackburn Arms in East Ottawa). My father owned and operated a home building and design company which he then closed to become a teacher and share his knowledge of the industry with others. That being said, it is in my blood to open a business and succeed!

MY PASST AFFILIATES would say some of my highlights would be: excellent interpersonal, as well as, written and oral communication skills, professionalism and analytical skills needed to pilot and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and management. Instilled in me is a strong desire to embrace new knowledge through opportunity while working very quickly but thoroughly, I am very familiar with many Microsoft programs as well as the ERP management and accounting software by Jonas.

ALGONQUIN COLLEGE'S BUSINESS Management and Entrepreneurship program takes up my free time. As for my life and daily obligations, daring farming, chicken farming, horses, goats, dogs and being a stereotypical ‘farm wife’ is what makes my world go round.

IN MY FUTURE I see 2 blooming businesses. As of right now those businesses are at the top of Mount Everest this is the start of my climb.
