I'm Joana!

I am currently working on my PhD at the Biotechnology Center BIOCANT in Portugal. My research is based on the application of biotechnology&innovation on the winemaking sector.

All I love about wine is the possibility to SHARE IT:

... to share the wine culture worldwide just like a beautiful piece of ART!

... to share a bottle of wine with family&friends on an important date!

... to share my scientific knowledge about wine with the community in general, trying to improve our scientific culture and clarify some environmental concerns!
