Enthusiast for innovative ideas and social impact, is passionate about new educational models, being a Co-founder of Quíron Education for protagonism, was responsible for developing an innovative and participatory methodology that has directly impacted more than 1,500 young people and teachers.

Masters in Cognitive Psychology and Learning in FLACSO Buenos Aires and UA Madrid, and Post-Graduating in Creative Economy in ESPM, is Graduate in Electrical Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration in FGV, already passed by institutions such as AIESEC, TECHO and CHOICE, and have over 5 years experience in education, working in Brazil and Russia where taught entrepreneurship and sustainability for public school students in Novosibirsk.
In 2013, Fernando was recognized one of the 25 most inspiring young people in Brazil, among more than 16,000 candidates, and awarded in 2014 Impact HUB Fellowship - global program to encourage entrepreneurs and impact of initiatives.

Speaker on topics such as creativity, time management and how to turn ideas into reality.Currently works leading educational programs for various parts of Brazil and other countries such as Colombia and Argentina. His dream is to make the world less unequal and more collaborative.
