Festus Bello is a Nigerian Business Analyst and Enterprise Transformation Leader with almost a decade of experience in delivering consulting and technology solutions to African startups and SMEs, both locally and within the global diaspora. Driven by a mission to make business innovation and strategic support more accessible, Festus founded BFG Global Consulting LLC to empower African businesses ranging from emerging startups to established enterprises to achieve industry relevance and cross-border growth by offering tailored services in market research, software development, strategic advisory, and workforce training, all designed to meet the unique challenges and opportunities faced by African and diaspora-led businesses.

He is also the founder of BFG Technologies LLC, a mobile computing software development startup dedicated to building intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital solutions for consumers and businesses across Africa. Under his leadership, BFG Technologies is focused on leveraging user-centric design and emerging tech to accelerate its two inaugural SaaS products: Appetiza.ai and Careerfun.io.

Prior to founding BFG Global Consulting LLC and BFG Technologies LLC, Festus worked in international development, contributing to projects in Nigeria supported by UNESCO, ActionAid, and Amnesty International. Since transitioning into the consulting and tech space, he has been recognized with several prestigious accolades for his contributions to enterprise development, digital transformation, and human capital advancement.
