He is the convener of Civil Coalition for Constitutional Governance, a nonpartisan legal and policy advocacy organization devoted to human rights, good governance, and constitutional, electoral and policy reforms.

He is the Managing Director of Crypto Law Africa, a leading authority that helps in navigating legal issues relating to cryptocurrency, fintech and blockchain technology in Africa.

Festus is a Legal Research Assistant at DF Legal (Dele Farotimi & Co), where he works with a view of providing legal solutions to corporate and commercial legal matters. Apparently, this attests to his premium research skills which has earned some of his works spaces in journals of repute.

Festus is a human rights activist, social crusader, columnist and public affairs analyst. His articles, legal opinions and critical essays are regularly published in national newspapers and major online news platforms. He features on national TV and radio programs where he gives informed perspectives on constitutional, legal, human rights, public policy and governance matters.

Festus, a member of the International Association of Constitutional Law, is a passionate public speaker. He is committed to employing the tools of litigation, legal advocacy, policy dialogues, research, consultancy and legal reforms in creating a dependable framework for the advancement of human rights, constitutional democracy and political order in Nigeria and Africa.
