Nicola has been in corporate fitness for over 8 years and she understands the need for a positive work/life balance. In the workplace it is especially important to have a healthy break during the day to de-stress; enabling us to unwind, remain focused and be creative at work. Also many people in office type jobs suffer from bad backs, made worse by poor posture and lack of core strength.
Whilst pregnant with her second child Nicola kept fit by doing weights and running whilst managing 5 gyms at the BBC.
She was back into my usual routine within 2 weeks and ran the London Marathon 8 months after giving birth.
It was then she decided to live by her own advice and concentrate on work life balance!
She handed in her notice as Senior Fitness manager to concentrate on her family and the work she LOVES-teaching!!
Nicola offers a compassionate yet motivating training style based on her own experiences and various people who she has trained and helped over the years.
