'Mens sana in corpore sano' the Romans used to say, that is 'healthy mind in a healthy body'. A BSc in Biology and a MSc in Neuroscience showed me how fragile the human body is. So, would you like to be healthy when you will in your sixties or seventies? Then start to be healthy right now, through a good diet. We are made of proteins and we get proteins from food, thus the first step to be healthy is to eat healthy. Despite this scientific intro, food means business too. So thanks to my scientific skills and my economics interests I started working in a company of the food safety sector and I'm proud of it. Working in the midst of science and business is so exciting, gives you the opportunity to grow both profesionally and as a person and to do something useful for society.
