Dr. Fotios Fitsilis excels in a broad range of fields, from telecommunications and logistics to management and governance. He works at the Scientific Service of the Hellenic Parliament, as Head of the Department for Scientific Supervision and Reporting. As Visiting Professor at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he is part of the EUPADRA Master Program on issues related to the function of parliamentary control. He is a certified PRINCE2® practitioner and, in 2017, he founded the Hellenic OCR Team, a crowdsourcing initiative for the processing and analysis of parliamentary data.
