Farrah Garner

My name is Farrah Garner. I am a recent graduate of Wofford College, having aquired my Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Environmental Studies and Philosophy. I am very passionate about the things I care about, especially environmental and animal injustice. I believe in acheiving goals by applying understanding, creativity, and respect in our acitons. I am seeking a career in which I can have a positive impact on the envionrment and people around me.

I was raised in a rural town in South Carolina. My family owns around 100 acres of land, on which my Father practices organic farming. Growing up I was able to naturally learn about animal & plant species as well as their behavior. Most importantly I learned to appreciate, value, and respect the beauty of nature.

During my college career I studied environmental sciences, social sciences, and humanties. I specialized in environmental arts, philosophy, and public relations. My ideal career would be campaigning for environmental non-profit organizations such as Greenpeace.
