Operating between Office Headquarters & Site, I have managed projects in both remote and urban locations, most recently from point of tender to completion, a $12million D&C Rio Tinto project involving some 50,000 man hours. My responsibilities included managing our tendering time and proposal process until award, I conducted commercial negotiations prior to contract signing, headed our design team as regards what was an 1100 drawing design & Project Managed our site based team. At any one time I have been responsible for 12 office based staff covering disciplines such as Drafting, Engineering, Document Control, Purchasing and Pay-Role. On site I was responsible for 4 supervisors and up to 60 productive staff. At peak the project employed over 75 productive & non-productive staff.

I am an experienced Project/Operational Manager & have successfully run numerous tasks simultaneously within strict time lines and budgetary constraints.
