Ibi Fiberesima is an experienced Community Manager who loves creating engaging and fun experiences for businesses and large corporations. With over three years of experience, she has become an expert at building and managing communities from scratch.

One of her proudest achievements was hosting four baking workshops for a baking community that she created. It's amazing to see the community grow to from 0 over 18,000 members, who actively participate in baking-related activities and discussions.

She takes a unique approach to community building, which involves understanding the needs and interests of community members. This enables her to create personalized experiences that resonate with the community and foster a sense of belonging.

In addition to community building, she is skilled in social media management, content creation, and event planning.

She is known for her ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals and objectives.

She is also an engaging event moderator, who ensures your tech event and conferences are a success, by ensuring a smooth flow of your event and engaging the audience with intelligent and fun activities carefully tailored to suit the theme of your event.

Ibi Fiberesima has a Bachelors's (B.Sc.) degree in ”Bio-Medical Technology " from the University of Port Harcourt, where she attained high academic qualifications in her chosen discipline.

However, her drive for entrepreneurship has earned her great visibility within Rivers State, Nigeria, and beyond the borders.

She is a testament to the power of hard work, vision, and persistence - 3 core traits possessed by great and visionary individuals, such as "Fibi".

Beyond the actual Baking activity, Ibi Fiberesima loves sharing her journey with other young entrepreneurs in the Baking industry. She has trained 1000+ Bakers in Nigeria through leveraging digital media - including 100+ Ugandan Bakers, and other young entrepreneurs that benefit from her teachings, across diverse platforms, online.

Also, she believes in global causes that advance the human race and has shown commitments to Zero Hunger, Women's capacity-building, and Healthy living initiatives.
