She is a Community Manager, digital marketer, and writer at https://gruve.events currently living in Nigeria. Her interest ranges from entrepreneurship to community building. she is also interested in open source, baking, and writing.

She is a detailed content and copywriter and an open-source design advocate on a mission to educate designers in Africa about open source and its potential.

She is currently part of the lesson-fixing team at Oppia Org; an open-source platform making education easily accessible to those who may not have access to it.

She is also an engaging event moderator, who ensures your tech event and conferences are a success, by ensuring a smooth flow of your event and engaging the audience with intelligent and fun activities carefully tailored to suit the theme of your event.

Ibi Fiberesima has a Bachelors's (B.Sc.) degree in ”Bio-Medical Technology " from the University of Port Harcourt, where she attained high academic qualifications in her chosen discipline. However, her drive for entrepreneurship has earned her great visibility within Rivers State, Nigeria, and beyond the borders.

She is a testament to the power of hard work, vision, and persistence - 3 core traits possessed by great and visionary individuals, such as "Fibi".

Beyond the actual Baking activity, Ibi Fiberesima loves sharing her journey with other young entrepreneurs in the Baking industry. She has trained 1000+ Bakers in Nigeria through leveraging digital media - including 100+ Ugandan Bakers, and other young entrepreneurs that benefit from her teachings, across diverse platforms, online.

She is the proud author of 3 powerful books containing deep insights into her tested and proven Baking secrets, recipes, and business strategies. Her book titled, " Baking tricks" was successfully published in 2019 - which opened her up to many media features, as well as, industry awards of excellence. Such include Super Woman Foodpreneur of the year 2021, Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Biomedical Association (University of Port Harcourt Chapter), Best Cake Publication - Top Baker 2020, Social Impact Awards hosted by Inkbled-Africa, and a media feature on the Growing Woman Blog, amongst others.

Also, she believes in global causes that advance the human race and has shown commitments to Zero Hunger, Women's capacity-building, and Healthy living initiatives.
