My name is Fiby Francis. I am the lead of the Leadership Department at the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies in UAE, which is part of the UAE Central Bank. As a member of the Human Resources department, I provide assistance to the executive team. I am an expert in Organizational Strategy, Leadership Development, Learning and Organization Development, and I provide strategic direction to achieve the organization's goals and support the growth of the organization through people. I assist in the implementation of a planned process of leading and managing change using behavioral science approaches. I help make cultural changes by using human-centered action learning, design thinking, innovative learning experiences, solutions, and spaces that immerse employees, partners, and customers in changing business and technology practices through playing and experimenting. In addition, I strive to be a positive force wherever I am.
