Vince Fiduccia

With a passion for making a difference in the community he resides in and for the citizens who live there, Vince possess 22 years of experience in non-profits, professional sports and marketing. Vince believes that winning in today’s business climate is rooted in the old-fashioned principles of hard work, dedication and building strong relationships. As a former boss once told him, “Everyday is an opportunity in work clothes.” Vince has a strong record of achievement and is not afraid to work with new ventures or turnarounds; no challenge is too big. In his career, he has taken on the challenge of making pro soccer work in America and professional hockey in Baltimore, and helping improve the lives of people with blood cancer and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). “The only failure is not trying to make a difference."
Vince has held a variety of senior leadership positions in the nonprofit industry including Senior Campaign Director with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Maryland Chapter and State Director of Best Buddies Maryland, where he is using his skills to create an organization that is changing the lives of people with IDD.
Additionally, Vince spent six years working in professional indoor soccer and two years in the theme park industry at Six Flags Great Adventure, the largest regional theme park in the country.
His community activity includes the Maryland Gridiron Network and Towson Executive Club. He wrote a sports-based blog and logged several hours as a weekend sports talk show host for a local Baltimore area radio station.
Personally, he enjoys reading, running, and traveling to various sports venues around the country.
