ACTION DIRECTION

Ronin has directed fights for over 250 productions including film, TV, musicals, opera, motion capture and numerous theatre shows in the UK and overseas.

TEACHER

Certified teacher with the British Academy of Stage & Screen Combat and fencing coach with the British Academy of Fencing and Academie d'Armes Internationale. Clients include RADA, DSL, Pineapple Dance Studios, Independent Drama.

FIGHT PERFORMER

As a fight performer Ronin has experience in film, theatre and motion capture. Credits include feature films Allies, Born of Hope, Cinderella and Green Streets 3. Live shows include Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition and the Medieval Banquets London. Ronin has also performed thousands of motion capture fight sequences for Creative Assembly, I Dare Productions, Sega and Sony.

ACCOLADES

Ronin is currently nominated for ‘Best Choreography’ in the Off West End awards for his fights in Usagi Yojimbo (Southwark Playhouse) and was nominated for ‘Best Action Scene’ in the 2014 Miami Web Fest for his work on multi award winning series Chronicles of Syntax. He was part of the fight team for Drake which won the Best Short Film at the Action on Film International Film Festival 2013. Ronin's fight work for Sega's Total War games since 2008 has helped the series win numerous awards including 2 BAFTA's for best strategy game.
