I am a London based experience designer and digital strategist. I’m always looking for ways to improve things. I love to tinker and take things apart, and then put them together in new and better ways.

In the past five years I’ve worked both in-house and agency side, in waterfall and agile methodologies. I believe there’s always a time and place for everything, and process and deliverables exist to make our work easier and better, never the opposite. An experience must always serve the user first, but it must embrace the business objectives.
