I grew up on the tatami. Fifteen years of competitive judo taught me discipline, focus, and how to keep moving when things get tough. I carried those lessons into the last 10 years working in innovation—partnering with national and international organizations as a consultant to turn ideas into real products and measurable results.

Along the way, I founded three companies. Two of them — RestartUs and Igniteers — have become the backbone of my work. Today, at Igniteers, we combine a software studio with venture-building: we identify opportunities, shape strategy, design the experience, and ship production-ready software fast. Our team covers product discovery, UX/UI, full-stack development, and AI-powered features, and we stay hands-on beyond launch to iterate, find traction, and scale.
