I am currently working as freelance producer, mixer, writer and performer with artists and producers across US-CAN and UK. My works and collaborations include The 1975, Martin Klein, Jessie Grace, Adrina Thorpe, My Excellence, Papermoon, Andy Bell/Phil Larsen, Peter Doran, Xiren. in 2007, as co producer and co writer, I formed with Jordon Zadorozny the transatlantic duo SheLoom, joined by Eric Matthews. I run a production indie label called Ray Recordings and created Recordingfestival.com. As a sound designer I have collaborated for 5 years with IK Multimedia creating sound libraries. I learned my first guitar licks with former Fleetwood Mac guitarist Jeremy Spencer. I entered the first professional recording studio in 1985 helping unsigned artists with strings or horn arrangements and learning to tweak knobs at a Trident 80 console. Playing in various bands as bass or guitar player and backing vocalist, I supported live several italian pop acts such as Ivano Fossati and PFM (Premiata Forneria Marconi). In 1987 I shared stage with Sting and Gil Evans at Umbria jazz, and Miles Davis in Rome and Milan, as percussionist and vocalist for modern jazz enfant prodige Gianluca Mosole.I built Le Bozze recording studio in 1993 where in the following 10 years I engineered, produced and performed on over 50 pop/ rock, jazz, and music soundtracks. Clients of the studio included Stefano Bollani, Andrea Bocelli, Erik Friedlander, Enrico Rava, Alain Boublil, Xfactor winner Matteo Becucci,In 1993 I wrote the music score for "Ritorno a Parigi", recorded at Ennio Morricone Forum Studio in Rome.As writer and producer In 2000 I had a chart success with Malina - "By your side", remixed and licensed by Tommy Boy label NY, reaching no. 12 on Billboard charts. In 2010 Adrina Thorpe won 2 times in a row the MTV ourstage indie pop and pop first prize award with "Midnight" and "Everything Changes", which I produced and mixed. In 2006 I was invited to join and contributed 3 years in the Los Angeles Digital Noise Academy, founded by artist producer Ken Andrews, featuring, among the others, producers Greg Wells, Jeff Trott, Jack Endino, and musicians Justin Meldhal Johnsen, Matt Chamberlain and Blinker the Star's Jordon Zadorozny.
