Jean Paul NTEZIRYAYO

I am an experienced project and programe manager with experience of 8 years from local and international organization.
I did my primary studies at saint Famille-Kigali and continued the lower secondary school at GS Kigeme, where I did Mathematics and Physics until 2003. After that, I joined Kigali Institute of Education to do Mathematics, Geography, and Education (science with education) up to March 2009. And from 2012 to 2014, I went to Uganda Christian University to MBA.
In career work, I taught Mathematics and Geography at COLLEGE APACOPE in 2008 then I joined ESPERANCE-organization as a programme manager from 2009 to 2010 to empower youth using sport as a tool; then an Education Officer from 2010 to May 2011. After that, I joined ASPIRE Rwanda as a programme coordinator to empower vulnerable women with vocational skills and women’s rights until May 2011. Then I accepted the offer of Education Project Officer in VSO Rwanda from 2013 until April 2016; and after that, I was assigned to be a Western Province Programme Manager from April 2016 to October 2017. And from 01st November I am in UNICEF Rwanda as an education officer on Temporarily appointment.
I am an oriented programme manager with skills in monitoring and evaluation; dreaming to be a country director in one big organization. My career objective is to continue with an organization which will utilize my leadership, M&E, and programme management skills and work in an environment that will challenge me further; while allowing me to contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization. I am a hard-working person who believes in team spirit.
