Next, all removable parts including trays, racks, panels, fans, light projectors, control knobs and extractor filters will be taken out. These components are then soaked in a special dip tank full of powerful cleaning solution. Simultaneously, the interior and exterior of your oven will be cleared of any residual grease, dirt, grime and harmful burnt-on carbon. After this has been completed the components can be removed from the solution and given a final manual clean. Your oven will now be carefully reassembled and polished. Just prior to leaving we’ll give it another inspection to ensure it’s working correctly.
