Joy TaMar Moorer

Hello! My name Joy TaMar. I am a proud 2012 graduate of Sandusky High School and future 2016 graduate of Kent State University. I fell in love with writing when I was nine years old and haven't stopped writing since then.

GOALS:

Since I have a such a strong passion or writing, I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Journalism while minoring in ASL. My plan is to become a magazine journalist and pursue American Sign Language. I love to write and I hope to publish Christian Literature in the future.

I also plan to start an Christian organizations entitled "PurityIsPossible" and "Proverbs31Club" both are dedicated to the empowerment of young women. The mission of the organizations are to teach young girls about the love that God has them, their self worth, and for them to appreciate themselves and others while becoming successful (as well as building healthy and successful relationships with friends and family) and remaining in purity. As the founder it is my goal to love, encourage, uplift and inspire the next generation of young girls by providing them with REAL, successful, Godly, positive role models from all walks of life who will impart wisdom and skills into these young women, as well as to offer them opportunities for them to reach their dreams and achieve greatness. It is my prayer that both organizations will bless and cultivate all the lives that they come in contact with and for the girls to know that God loves them, they are destined for success,and are beautifully and wonderfully made.I'm very excited! FUN STUFF:

I love to read. I won't say I love to read everything, but give me a good book and I'll disappear until I'm finished. I dislike being made to read (like textbooks) I enjoy romance novels... and the Bible.

I'm such a homebody, I'm in college and I don't like going out. It's a shame but I'd rather be somewhere with a good book or watching movies. Good clean fun is my definition of turning up! But when I do go out, I have a good time with friends, laughing and just being silly.
