I'm a disabled Dad to three disabled children, who I want to thrive and contribute as citizens in our society as much as anyone else's children. I don't want them to experience the barriers that I encountered as a pupil, student and employee. Things are improving, but I want to hasten the pace of change. It's that simple, and it's the main reason why I do what I do.

I've worked in the disability rights sector for 20 years. I've worked with individual disabled people as a coach and mentor to help them develop the confidence and ambition to get on in the workplace; with local organisations of disabled people to help build their capacity and effectiveness; with local and national governments to help them to take down the barriers and include disabled people in all the work that they do; with politicians to help them understand how policy affects disabled people; and with the private sector to help them to understand the untapped talent and spending power of disabled people. I offer a range of services: mentoring, coaching, training, inclusive design advice, access auditing, policy and research.

I can help you to be a good ally to disabled people in the work that you do.
