I'm head of e-learning at University College London, where I've worked since 2000. It's a great role which stretches the definition of e-learning, ranging from strategy to nuts-and-bolts (well, bits and bytes), and covering both online and physical learning spaces. I've quite a big team now so I'm less hands on than I used to be.

I love my work and love living in London - I'm lucky enough to live right in the centre, in an area which is constantly changing (for the better). My prized possession is a campervan called Winnie which my daughter and I use to escape the city in the summer. I'm a lone parent which presents challenges - especially for work-related travel - but online tools and supportive friends make a huge difference.
