I am an Outsourcing Consultant and Sales Director based in the Philippines.
I started as a BPO employee working for the biggest call center in Cebu City. After a couple of years, I decided to work from home and that's when I discovered remote outsourcing.
I was essentially a virtual assistant working for western companies ranging in different industries. This gave me an extensive experience and knowledge in the outsourcing space.
I have personally experienced the challenges of the work-from-home model and decided to go back to the office set-up where I have a better structure to my work life and clearer career path.
I was serious and motivated and I wanted to take my career to a whole new level.
And so I applied at one of Cebu's established Virtual Assistant companies and was hired as a sales consultant.
I have zero background and knowledge in sales so I had to do my own research and read a lot of self-help books and articles, and watched multiple training videos.
Fast forward to present, I have helped hundreds of Australian companies get started with outsourcing.
I brought in 70 new deals on my first year (worth just over a million dollars), and sold 149 new deals on my second year (worth 3.5 million dollars) tripling the size of the company that I work for.
Now I am an advocate for relationship marketing and referral marketing and aim to establish my business network globally.
I don't just aim to bring business owners into the world of outsourcing, I want to help them grow their entire business.
