Fiqri Aunurofiq

During his studies in college, Fiqri founded his passion for the coffee industry and worked as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee in 2014. After graduated, he trying new challenges in hospitality industry and worked as a bartender in Semarang's renowned The Tavern in 2016.
The pursuit of his passion for coffee industries continues. He started work at Java Legend Coffee Lab in 2017, a humble establishment that aimed to provide a coffee knowledge to reach every coffee aficionado without boundaries. Packed with the knowledge and experiences of coffee industry, hospitality and café/coffee shop management; he is the man behind training many barista and helping people for starting a coffee shop business.
2 years later, Fiqri moving to Indonesia's Capital City, Jakarta. Joined Three Folks Coffee and Creamery as a Floor Manager which has 3 stores located in Greater Jakarta Area.
Due to the pandemic crisis in 2020, he was laid off from his job, in October 2020, he joined the pre-opening of %ARABICA Indonesia team.
Managed to get through the COVID-19 pandemic, he preceded the journey of his career at a well-known global brand, Kentucky Fried Chicken as a Product Development Officer. With extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, Fiqri creates products that complement the world-famous KFC with its own original recipe. Fiqri is committed to continuing to explore and innovate with new ingredients, technology and market trends to ensure his products are remain relevant, high-quality, and aligned with consumer expectations.
